As mind-body and energy healing practitioner, teacher and healer in the past 30+ years, Dr. Wang is dedicated to supporting holistic well-being through energy-infused movement practices, such as Yoga and Qigong, and adoption of the wisdom of traditional medicine and complementary treatment.
Qigong, Yoga, Holistic Healing
Mitch has been practicing mindful movement and meditation arts since 1968. He teaches Qigong, Tai Chi, Yoga, and meditation. He has worked with students of all ages from children to elders and has taught in training programs for yoga teachers and yoga therapists and in a health arts and sciences program at a college. He invites students to accept themselves, cultivate embodied awareness, and trust in gentle, natural practices to enhance their wellbeing. Many students have expressed the benefits they derive from participating in his classes.
