Breathing practices can certainly increase your lung capacity, it flexes and strengthens your intercostal muscles, breathing influences your heart rate, your blood pressure. And do you know most of your weight lost is through breathing?  Breathing exercise can alter your mood state, balance your energy and boost your immune system. I'm excited to share what I know with you in the classes!
