Body for most people, goes higher when developing Mindfulness practices. 

What are the potential results of developing the Body sensory system ?
Your dance mechanical experience is Enriched with more bodily feelings, it’s the foundation of all Emotions. For example: to take a step, it’s no longer just the weight changed between 2 points, but a process of the weight shift between 2 points. Your body sensations change as the process of the step occurs. Therefore, the output of of such a step is like a body sensation Slow motion with clarity rather than a rushed displacement of the feet. 

What are the potential results of developing the Mind sensory system ?
Reduces mind-chatters that distract you from the current moment. The mind-chatter are the imaginations of the future or the judgement based on the past experience. When the Mind is Still in the moment, you can be Fully Conscious and Present. This Presence of the mind is the foundation and the open-door for Non-Judgmental Receiving (energy that passing to and through your body). In tango, this could mean to receive the Lead signal for a movement, or a warm embrace represented as a Lovingness, Patience and Kindness. You can be Laser Focused to reduce the probability of errors or accidents in the dance.

What are the potential results of developing the Heart sensory system ?
The degree of Empathy directly reflect the Relatedness of you and another person. Empathy is to feel like the other person. I.e., your partner in the dance. There is complexity in Empathetic feelings, it is the crucial Ingredient to Bond. In Tango, Empathy is the root for Genuine Connection. This is the result of Feeling Together, no matter what. There is no Judgement of the Mind involved in such act. The Togetherness of two Body and Mind is the necessary condition to foster Tango Connection.

What are the potential results of developing the Soul sensory system ?
The Soul system is not based on logic reasoning and knowledge. It comes from Intuition, Inner Wisdom, or Gut Feelings. Learning how to trust this system can unleash the power of Unity, the connection through energy beyond physical realm. While in tango, the energetic connection from you to many entities: your direct partner, the music, the floor, the dress, the shoes, the crowd around you, the food and drink you consume… Such energetic connection makes your own body, mind and heart in harmony, therefore achieve the Ultimate feeling of Bliss. 

The Purpose of the Practices of Mindfulness is to train the Sensory Systems, so that one can develop a High-Resolution Awareness. This awareness will help you to recognize and unblock the path to Joy and Inner Peace. Mindfulness practices create positive attitude and develop resilience toward adversary events in life. Practice Mindfulness in Tango will help you to experience Blissful Tango Moments more often and in more sustainable way. On a deeper level, these blissful moments have tremendous Power of Healing unconscious emotional trauma in life.
